What is the maintenance schedule for Rubber Seal?

Maintenance handbook for rubber-seal:

Routine Inspection (recommended weekly/monthly):** 1. Visual inspection: Check for surface cracks, wear, deformation, discoloration, or other abnormalities 2. Functional check: Confirm that rubber-seal continues to meet functional use requirements 3. Environmental check: Inspect surroundings for abnormal changes (temperature, humidity, chemical spills, etc.)

Periodic Maintenance (recommended quarterly/semi-annually):** 1. Cleaning: Remove surface dirt with neutral detergent and soft cloth; do NOT use organic solvents such as gasoline or acetone 2. Fastener check: Confirm bolts, nuts, and other fasteners are not loose 3. Lubrication (if applicable): Add or replace lubricant per technical requirements 4. Protection: Apply specialized protective agent when necessary to delay aging

Annual Overhaul:** 1. Comprehensive performance testing: Including hardness, dimensional changes, deformation conditions, etc. 2. Key area disassembly inspection: Disassemble and inspect high-stress concentration or wear-prone areas 3. Service life assessment: Evaluate remaining service life based on service duration and performance degradation 4. Record update: Archive inspection results to support future maintenance and replacement decisions

Replacement Timing Criteria:** Consider replacement when: - Key performance indicators degrade beyond design allowance - Irreparable structural damage occurs - Approaching or exceeding design service life - Maintenance costs rise significantly, making continued use economically unreasonable

Spare Parts Management:** For critical applications, maintain an appropriate inventory of spare rubber-seal to ensure timely replacement response and minimize equipment downtime.
